An Afternoon of Yoga and Wellness

On June 20, we welcomed local retirement industry women to join us for an afternoon of yoga and wellness on The Summit at Janus Henderson Investors. Our very capable leader for the session was was local yoga teacher and eating/lifestyle design coach Macy Graham. After our yoga class, she led a discussion on mind/body/eating. Especially since wellness is such an important part of the retirement lexicon these days,it seems only fitting that we take time out to ensure we’re taking care of our own wellness.

Thanks to Macy Graham for a fantastic event, to Summit Nutrition for providing healthy and delicious snacks, and to Janus Henderson for a donating such a gorgeous space.
