As president of Retirement Services, Sandy leads the OneAmerica® team offering defined contribution and defined benefits services with a strong focus on customized retirement plans through highly personalized administration and recordkeeping services. She brings more than 30 years of industry experience, including key leadership roles at Mercer, ING (now Voya), CitiStreet and most recently, her own consulting firm SDM Strategic Solutions.

Sharon Mossman

Sharon Mossman is a managing director with Virtus Investment Partners, responsible for the firm’s retirement and subadvisory sales and business development efforts. In this role, she provides leadership to a committed team of sales professionals dedicated to providing outstanding consulting service and client support.

Prior to joining Virtus in 2017, Ms. Mossman was the head of strategic accounts at RidgeWorth Investments, a multi-boutique asset management firm acquired by Virtus, where she led the national accounts team, building and strengthening distribution relationships.

Ms. Mossman has extensive asset management industry experience. Before joining RidgeWorth, she was at BNY Mellon, serving as business leader for insurance and sub-advisory, overseeing sales and relationship management within the retirement, insurance, and strategic sales group. She started her career at American Century Investors in Kansas City. She has a successful long-term track record of building and retaining relationships and consistently delivered strong sales results.

Ms. Mossman earned a B.S. in English from Emporia State University, and an M.B.A. from Baker University. She holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 registrations.

Amy Scupham, CFA
Ivy Distributors, Inc. (IDI)

Amy Scupham is president of IDI, the distributor of Ivy Funds mutual funds and the financial products and services offered by its affiliates, including Ivy Investment Management Company, an SEC registered investment advisor. In this role, she leads wholesale and institutional distribution, sales and product development, as well as managing strategic relationships.

Ms. Scupham joined the organization in 2008 and has held roles in institutional sales and consultant relations, most recently serving as chief operating officer of IDI. She had a key role in building alignment with the firm’s investment management division, while creating a centralized sales operations function focused on prescribed sales processes, training, reporting and systems.

Ms. Scupham graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1997 with a BSBA in Accounting/Finance.

Ms. Scupham is a CFA charterholder. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Kansas City.
