President and Founder of Princeton Marketing
Throughout her career in the financial services, Roberta Hess has specialized in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications that drive business expansion and customer loyalty. She is a customer experience passionista and builder of brands for companies, products and people.
Most recently Roberta was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Ascensus. She has also held senior marketing leadership roles at Prudential, MetLife, Travelers Life & Annuity, and Merrill Lynch. She is currently head of public relations committee for the Society of Pension, Administrators and Recordkeepers (SPARK).
In 2005 Roberta founded Princeton Marketing, a strategic marketing consulting firm focusing on financial services and health care. She frequently presents on leadership and personal branding. She is a Certified Personal Branding Strategist and 360 Reach Certified Analyst.
A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business, Roberta lives in Richboro, PA with her husband, their two children who are threatening to become adults and two golden retrievers.
